First of all, use our storage calculator to determine just how much space you’re going to need at our private storage units. You’ll be able to get a rough estimate of how many boxes you need, which are always free when you work with Doorage. We’ll drop the empty boxes off at your door, and you can take up to two weeks to fill them up.
When you’re all done packing, schedule a pickup. We’ll load up all of your boxes and anything else you might want to get out of your house. In the winter months, people send all sorts of summer gear that’s just getting in the way: bicycles, canoes, and lawn furniture. In the summer we store so many skis, sleds, and toboggans. All of your items are driven to our Chicago storage facility with 24-hour security and alarms. Since our facility is only accessible by Doorage employees, you don’t have to worry about anyone trying to get into your storage unit like you would at most places.
“But,” you might ask, “when I need a box, how do I tell Doorage which box I need?” We’ve got you covered. When you use our pick up and delivery storage, you’ll have access to a DoorLog account. This works as your digital sharpie, letting you know what’s in each and every box. You tell us the number of the box you need, and we’ll drop it off to your door.
