Doorage is a door to door storage provider that brings convenient, affordable, clean and safe storage to consumers utilizing today’s technology. Our mission is to provide these services while supporting breast cancer research and strengthening after school programs for America’s youth

We make it easy for you. We bring you all the packing containers and supplies. We store your items in a secure, climate-controlled warehouse. We deliver your items back to you whenever you want or need them. All this at an incredibly affordable price.

Doorage only uses direct employees who undergo extensive training specifically for student storage. Our team was built for student storage!

For security reasons and the safety of your items, the warehouse is not open to the public. At the same time, with DoorLog, you will always know what you have in storage.

As part of our registration, your first box kit is charged and shipped. This allows our team to properly prepare for your storage order.

YES! You can order as many box kits as you may need. Bos kits are non-refundable.

We will send you a box kit to your listed shipping address. Use the same address that you would put for Amazon packages, not food delivery.If your box kit is returned to sender- we will not ship it back. You will need to order an additional kit or use local supplies.

You can use your own boxes. Please be sure they are heavy duty rated and in new condition.

For an additional expedite fee, Doorage can have most requests delivered within 4 hours of contacting our corporate customer service department by phone.

Your credit card will have a hold placed for your planned order at the time of order. After our team picks everything up and verifies your final actual order, our team will process the full term storage fee and charge your account.

If you store after the term ends, your card will be charged monthly based on your items in storage.

We store almost everything. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any illegal or controlled substances, weapons, food, perishables, liquids, hazardous materials or living things. Please see our rules of storage.

Pickup and delivery is included in your pricing. If the team needs to pack or wrap any items, there will be additional charges at that time. Missed appointment fees are $100 and fridges/freezers not properly defrosted or dried are a $90 fee.

Our user cataloguing interface, DoorLog, gives you complete control to add titles, descriptions, and photographs to the contents of each container, and modify as desired. Simply log into your account to see all your containers in storage.

DoorPack, our efficient custom-crating solution is designed to protect items and prevent them from damage while in transport and storage. In addition, our specialty pack team members go through extensive training on proper packing and protection techniques.

Our facilities have 24-hour security motion-sensing cameras and alarm systems to ensure your stuff is always safe. Consider us the Fort Knox of storage.

At Doorage, we care about our customers and their possessions. In the rare occurrence that something may be damaged or lost, our customer service team will work hard to resolve any issues. All items are stored and have our basic coverage of $.60 per pound. You can add additional protection by selecting at checkout or by calling one of our agents and adding a protection plan.

Simply log in to your account from our home page, and update payment information. Please ensure your new card is set as the default for automatic payments.

We want to make your pickup process as smooth as possible. Here are a few tips to make your pickup day easy. Pack containers tightly, pack items commonly needed together, disassemble furniture and do not seal containers.

We love furniture! Our team will have plenty of packing materials ready based on your order and type of items.

Doorage is more than happy to store your fragile or valuable items. We highly recommend you select specialty pack assistance for fragile items and verify your high-value items are covered under your renters/homeowners policy as our limited warranty policy and protection plans do not cover high-value items.

No problem. Our standard pickup/delivery drivers can wait up to 15 minutes for no additional charge while you pack your containers. Time over 15 minutes will be billed at our specialty pack labor rates.

Yes, simply add a comment in your scheduling instructions notifying our team to pick up/deliver items at your doorman’s location. They will be required to sign.

While tipping is never required, if you feel your specialty pack team did an exceptional job, you can tip the team directly.

If you happen to miss your scheduled appointment slot, your account will be billed a $100 missed appointment fee. You will then need to schedule a new appointment time via your online account.
